So, at the start of the year, I set my running goals for 2024. They were a good mix of race goals and PB times to beat, ultimately moving me towards the big scary sh🤯t ya pants goal: The SK Main Range.

First up was the Tararua Mountain Race—operation Sub 7. You can read more about that here.

Currently on 9/52 Knobs. I have some work to do

But the short version is … I failed. I had a fantastic day out in the hills with a good crew, but I came in at 7:37. At halfway, I was in the fight. 3:30 to Alpha Hut.
